We are thrilled to welcome best-selling children’s book author Debbie Dadey to Transatlantic Agency.
A former first grade teacher and school librarian, Debbie is the author and co-author of 167 traditionally published children’s books, with a focus on reaching reluctant readers, and one book on writing. Her first book, co-authored with Marcia Thornton Jones, Vampires Don’t Wear Polka Dots became The Adventures of the Bailey School Kids series with sales of over 42 million. Debbie Dadey grew up in Kentucky and now lives in a log cabin in the Smoky Mountains with her husband, a schipperke, and a greyhound rescue. Her three children live along the east coast and continue to inspire her. Fairy Chase is the newest in Debbie’s Mermaid Tales, a multi-cultural series with STEM uses from Simon and Schuster. Debbie enjoys visiting schools and speaking at conferences. Debbie will be represented by agent Elizabeth Bennett.
