We are delighted to share that LOST IN SEPTEMBER (Random House Canada) by Kathleen Winter and SUN OF A DISTANT LAND (Vehicule Press) translated by Claire Holden Rothman are among the finalists for the Quebec Writers’ Federation Literary Awards! Kathleen’s novel is among three selections that are shortlisted for the Paragraphe Hugh MacLennan Prize for Fiction, which were chosen by jury members Peggy Herring, La Florya Gauthier, and Vish Khanna. Claire’s novel is shortlisted for the Cole Foundation Prize for Transatlation, selected by jury members Renee Desjardins, Jeffrey Moore, and Greg Robinson.
