Julie is an author/illustrator who believes that picture books have the power to open minds, grow hearts, and inspire kids to love who they are. She is an elementary school counselor who lives in Atlanta with her husband, three kids, and two guinea pigs. Her powerful picture book m/s, THE STRUGGLE BUS garnered an immense amount of interest at the most recent #PBPitch. Julie is proudly represented by Fiona Kenshole.
