Three new outstanding works of fiction by our clients have been longlisted for the prestigious 2024 Giller Prize.

The longlist for the 2024 Giller Prize has been announced, and we are thrilled to share that titles from Corinna Chong, katherena vermette and Deepa Rajagopalan have been nominated!

Now in its 31st year, the Giller Prize highlights the very best of Canadian fiction. This year, over 100 works of literature were submitted for consideration by publishers across Canada, with the longlist narrowed down to 12 titles.

The nominees for the 2024 Giller Prize are:

  • Corinna Chong for her novel BAD LAND, published by Arsenal Pulp Press
  • Deepa Rajagopalan for her short story collection PEACOCKS OF INSTAGRAM, published by House of Anansi Press
  • katherena vermette for her novel real ones, published by Hamish Hamilton

Corinna Chong is represented by Samantha Haywood and Marilyn Biderman. 

Deepa Rajagopalan and katherena vermette are represented by Marilyn Biderman.
