Janice Lynn Mather is a Bahamian-Canadian author of four books, Learning to Breathe, Facing the Sun, Uncertain Kin, and Where Was Goodbye?
Her writing has been a finalist for the Governor General’s Award and BC Book Prizes, and has received the Amy Mathers Teen Book Award and the Joan F. Kaywell Books Save Lives Award.
She lives and writes on the traditional territories of the Tsawwassen and Musqueam First Nations.
