Patricia Ocampo while at Kids Can Press acquired Wanted: Your House by Monique Polak. Wanted: Your House, is a middle grade novel about real estate, friendship, and found family. When Cyril’s mom gives up on her dream of owning her own house, Cyril gets creative to find her the perfect home with heart. Amy Tompkins at Transatlantic Agency represented the author in a deal for world rights. The book is scheduled for publication in the spring of 2026.
