Ruth Linka at Orca Book Publishers has acquired World rights to WHO’S LOOKING?, a nonfiction picture book about animal vision by Carol Matas, to be illustrated by Cornelia Li, for publication in fall 2021. Liz Kemp will edit. Amy Tompkins represented the author, and Caryn Wiseman at Andrea Brown Literary Agency represented the illustrator in a deal for world rights.
