Bohdan Martynenko at Chitarium has acquired Ukrainian rights to Astrid Sheckels’ latest picture book, Flora and the Jazzers, for publication in 2026. Flora and the Jazzers was praised by Kirkus in a starred review as “A sumptuously illustrated Jazz Age Cinderella story.” Amy Tompkins at Transatlantic Agency handled the deal on behalf of Waxwing Books.
