Transatlantic is delighted to welcome Britain Bray!
Britain Bray is an illustrator and comic artist with a love of humor and flipping fantasy tropes on their head. They hold an MFA in Illustration and Visual Culture from Washington University in St. Louis and currently serve as an Assistant Professor at Northwest Missouri State University, where they teach Sequential Art, Illustration, and Motion Graphics. An avid tabletop RPG player and dungeon master, Britain brings the same love of collaborative storytelling and creative problem-solving to their comics work. When they’re not teaching or playing with their two black cats, they are reading comics.
I’m a Dungeon Skeleton, which won first place in @kidscomicsunite’s 2026 Pitchfest, is their debut graphic novel.
