Professional chef Ashley Schütz and freelance illustrator Ashly Jernigan’s A TABLE SET FOR SISTERHOOD, an illustrated feminist cookbook featuring iconic women from the past and present, original recipes inspired by their accomplishments, and gorgeous artwork that brings the pairings to life, to Meg Gibbons at Sourcebooks, for publication in spring 2023 (English US), and to Michelle MacAleese at House of Anansi, for publication in Fall 2022 (English Canada), by Rob Firing and Devon Halliday at Transatlantic Literary Agency.

Ashley Schütz, a native of California, spent much of her time following culinary school in various kitchens around the globe, honing her skills as a private chef, recipe developer, culinary educator, and food stylist. In 2011, Ashley signed on as the full-time traveling private chef to Baroness and contemporary art influencer, Francesca Thyssen-Bornemisza. When she is not traveling as a private chef, she is at home in the Swiss countryside with her husband and two daughters.

Ashly Jernigan grew up in Sedona, Arizona. She currently lives and works in Zürich, Switzerland with her husband and their two children. She holds a BFA in Visual Arts and has worked as a freelance illustrator and graphic designer for the last 10 years. Her work has been published in 9 Heads: A Guide to Drawing Fashion and Face Fashion: A Guide to Drawing the Fashion Face.
