Barb McNally at Sleeping Bear Press has acquired world rights to Good Morning, Sunshine! The Joey Moss Story by Lorna Schultz Nicholson in a preempt. Alice Carter will illustrate this picture-book biography of Canadian hockey icon Joey Moss, a man with Down syndrome who worked in the Edmonton Oilers’ dressing room for thirty years. Publication is set for fall 2022; Amy Tompkins at Transatlantic Agency represented the author, and the illustrator represented herself.
